Sodnica ljubljanskega okrožnega sodišča Barbara Črešnar Debeljak je tri nekdanje vodilne v NLB - nekdanjega predsednika uprava Draška Veselinoviča in nekdanja člana uprave Mateja Narata in Mirana Vičiča - oprostila očitanih kaznivih dejanj zlorabe položaja v primeru financiranja nakupa in obnove hiše Simone Dimic v Murglah.
Tožilec Luka Moljk, ki je bančnike preganjal zaradi očitanega kaznivega dejanja zlorabe položaja, je za Narata predlagal leto in dva meseca pogojne zaporne kazni s poskusno dobo dveh let, za Veselinoviča leto in tri mesece zaporne kazni s triletno poskusno dobo, za Vičiča pa še mesec dni več pogojne zaporne kazni s triletno poskusno dobo.
Kot olajševalne okoliščine je navedel njihovo dosedanjo nekaznovanost in dejstvo, da sami niso pridobili premoženjske koristi.
